Collections

Collection Procedure Last updated 4th October 2022

The following procedures are applicable to all orders to be collected including courier collections.

All goods must be paid for in advance or at collection. No goods will be released without payment.

We are available for collections, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm on most days, all collections must be booked in and confirmed by RS Furniture. Outside of these hours our own vans are being loaded.

Before you collect please confirm that the goods are available at our main base, we have 4 warehouses and we need at least 24 hours notice to move stock if it is not available at our main base.

Courier Collections

All goods to be collected by a courier or third party must be ordered and paid for at least 24 hours in advance.

At the point of order an invoice will be issued and upon payment the order will be processed.

Please note any unpaid orders are not considered to be confirmed, stock will not be allocated until payment has been received.

Couriers must agree a collection time and date by agreeement with Ian Smith or Andy Reed, collections are subject to availability Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.

Emails and messages which have not been answered are not considered a confirmed collection.

We do not accept any customer details or labels to attach to boxes until goods have been paid for.

We will keep paid for orders for 7 days only, after this time the goods may be sold and a refund issued.

Please ensure any courier who is collecting is aware of what company they are collecting for and the exact goods they are collecting, please do not send couriers without this information.
